The Bike Share Program is a partnership initiative presented by the Hawkeye Community College Student Leadership Council and Student Activities to provide bikes for students to ride to and from campus and/or other places they need to go.
Hawkeye students can check out a bicycle for FREE for up to seven days at the Student Activities Desk in the Brock Student Center. The first time a student checks out a bike they must complete a Bike Share Membership Agreement and Waiver [pdf]. Be sure to read the Bike Share Membership Agreement carefully as more detailed rules and regulations regarding the usage of bikes are in this document.
Upon checkout, students will be given a key to lock up the bike and a helmet for use while renting the bike.
